I am detailing here-under what I followed and some other useful materials, that can help others.
You are welcome to try this safe method. All you need is self-confidence, and like me, you will gain health & happiness.
I have seen others follow this simple regime to health and happiness.
If you insist on continuing your medicine, you may do that. You will automatically reduce and stop the medicine as the levels improve and become normal.

I applied the following method:
Yes, this is how, I did it. Yes, this is my own personal, live experience:
Start the day by taking 200 ml (1 glass) of juice of White Pumpkin ( सफेद पेठा).
No Wheat (Atta), Rice, Daal, Milk, Salt, Sugar, Cooked vegetables.
Follow the above routine for one week. This will control sugar levels.
Second week: Add boiled potato in breakfast salad. Add boiled corn in dinner salad.
Now, the sugar level will have stabilized to normal.
Third week: Take roti made of Ragi atta at 1 time with vegetable of your choice, cooked with half spoon of Mustard oil. Avoid masala.
Take सैन्दा नमक in place of Normal Salt.
Stop taking milk and all milk products. You will be fine and free of Diabetes.
Exercise: Walk in the morning and evening is helpful.
Walk as much as you can, comfortably, will help. It's not a must but helps. No need to tire yourself.
Additional very important suggestions that should be followed for good results:
1. Drink water of a coconut daily, especially if you have excess acidity. This will replace one food.
2. Take water based anema daily to ensure clean bowels.
3. Exercise is good but not a must. However, a simple walk for 10 to 20 minutes can be of help, if you can do it.
