  • Please fill this form to register your library.

  • User Registration form is separate and available on the homepage.

  • Once you have filled-in and submitted this form, you will get an OTP by email to your mail id (filled in the form). This mail may go to Spam-folder. Please open this mail and click on the OTP link to complete your Library’s registration.

    While the Koha implementation + Cloud Hosting + Koha upgrades free, you will need to pay a sum of Rs.10,000-00 + 18%GST (or US$145 for foreign Institutions) towards Koha domain support of 10 incidents per year.

  • After completing the above process, Download file . Fill the XLS file/s with your data (Bibliographic and patrons) and send for migration to Koha. All the migrated first time from XLS format is free of cost. Download and fill the DOC file with your Library information for OPAC. Attach the logo & images etc., mentioned there-in, and send them with the XlS and DOC files to info@bestbookbuddies.com
